A Little Bit About Me...

I believe in a multi facet teaching style. Children learn by many different ways. Some children learn by audio, visual, or kinetic. So, I would teach in a style that suited by the student's needs. I love teaching and working with children. I understand differen conditions such as Autism and Attention Deficit Disorder. In the past year I have graduated with a double major and passed the Society of Actuaries' Probability exam. My experience in finding effective study techniques and quickly understanding new material allows me to explain subjects to others as directly as possible. As a recent MBA graduate, I would like to apply some of the things learned during my studies into helping others in their area of weakness. I graduated from Union College in June of 2008 with a BS in Biology. Due to hard work and dedication, I received my BS in three years instead of four. I have been substitute teaching for almost a year for many different grade levels. As of recently, I have been tutoring students in mathematics.
