As a former Principal, Teacher, and Social Worker, I bring 23 years of experience when working with students. My success includes working with children with multiple levels of abilities. Many students from my past come from diverse socio-economic backgrounds. Each student, was managed with a philosophy of me as the teacher or principal, serving as adviser to help students make educational gains both academically and individually. At this point of my career, I am most proud of students coming back to me saying, I was a turning point for them feeling good about their educational goals.
