One-on-one education is the best way I reach my students. I like diagnose them and take aptitude tests so I will know what type of learner as well as person I am working with. I take their weaknesses and I make them their strengths using such method as SQ3R, ANTICIPATORY SETS, FOUR-SQUARE-WRITING, CRITICAL THINKING,AND POSITIVE FEEDBACK. Since students learn differently at a variety of levels, I haqve several activities ande strqategies to use with all types of learners levels. Because of my degree in speech-language pathology, I realize that difficulties in learning often have to do with poor language development. My training allows me to take a full linguistic approach in tutoring, therefore, closing gaps and helping my struggling students to succeed in the classroom.
