I take their weaknesses and I make them their strengths using such method as SQ3R, ANTICIPATORY SETS, FOUR-SQUARE-WRITING, CRITICAL THINKING,AND POSITIVE FEEDBACK. Since students learn differently at a variety of levels, I haqve several activities ande strqategies to use with all types of learners levels. As a vetern educator, I know that hard work, endurance, and determination are the keys to reaching any goal. My best reward of teaching students how to read is when they go on vacations, come back and tell how exciting it was reading the billboards!
