A Little Bit About Me...

While my area of expertise is physical education, I have gained great experience in other areas of education while searving as an in house substitute for Highland Elementary. Serving as an in house substitute provided me with experience working with large groups, as well as working with students on an individual basis. This experience also provided me with the wonderful opportunity to work with students with special needs. I have also served 2 years as a full time physical education teacher, which gave me an opportunity to interact with students and further understand the learning process.

I have always had a knack for the sciences and left the Midwest to follow my love of Marine Biology. While in school, I revisted my interest in the arts (painting, piano, and animation). Co-lead two Bible studies groups for one year; one of which was composed of students from a primarily Caucasian student fellowship as well as students from an all-Asian fellowship.
