Math can be applied so many different ways, and when that connection is made at a personal level, it makes it that much more relevant. Have taught at the high school level for the past 10 years. When I was in school, I could always understand or figure out what the teacher was trying to get across. Some students, however, didn’t always understand what was being explained.
