I have eleven years of experience in educating children in kindergarten to twelfth grade students with special needs who are diagnosed with a number of physical, mental and emotional disabilities. I think its better that way because most students don't really pay attention to their teachers but they take it better when it comes from another student. Sometimes its better because something you understand they may not understand and when you explain it to them then may be they will understand it a little better.
