I believe as an educator you have to understand the topic you are teaching and the students your are teaching. As a teacher you are dealing with various levels of learning as well different personalities. I believe you have to be open to what works for the individual and the classroom. Many young students do not understand why they must learn and why it is important. We as educators must show students how education applies to all life, especially theirs. I began to work at Regions Bank in New Albany the Summer after my Senior year of high school. While still working for the bank, I attended Ole Miss for a year, then transfered to Northeast for the next year. I returned to Ole Miss to recieve my bachelors degree in Managerial Finance with an emphasis in Investments. I am now employed for a furniture company out of Tupelo, where I am an Accountant.
