I believe all children deserve to be given the chance to learn. I understand that not everyone learns the same way; differentiated forms of instruction are an important part of the day to day teaching method. I find that I am patient with children, allowing them to work at their own speed, and encouraging them to work to the best of their abilities. As a Siena College graduate I developed a very hands on approach to active learning. Through classroom lecture and instruction I've completed the necessary coursework to complete my BS of biology.
