As lead teaching assistant for entry-level undergraduate Creative Writing courses at Oberlin College, I facilitated small group workshops, provided students with feedback on their writing, and wrote lesson plans designed to help each individual improve technically as a writer. I met weekly with individual students to provide stream-lined, individualized feedback. Last summer I worked in Harare, Zimbabwe as a teacher of Creative Writing.
