I have twenty years of industrial research experience in the surface and interfacial properties of both inorganic/organic and polymeric materials. I am a tenacious problem solver and owe much of my success to the relationships that I have developed with academic and industrial colleagues, and the co-operative education and intern students that have worked with me. I completed Transportation Officer courses on vehicle fleet management, commercial transportation, and staff logistics officer training related to airlift terminal management and operations. I also attended and graduated from the Traffic Accident Investigation and Traffic Control course. I have been a business consultant for 25 years, and have done substitute teaching for Newton and Gwinnett County schools for 5 years. I feel that teaching will not only inform young minds to think differently or make them more motivated to learn. But to allow one to master his or her knowledge in general, teaching allows oneself to fully understand the subject in their own minds.
