During my graduate school at The University of Texas at Austin, I have worked for 3 semesters as a teaching assistant for sophomore programming class. My work involved 3 hours of teaching a week, designing lab assignments and 12 hours of office hours a week to help/tutor students with assignments. I have very strong background in Math and Physics. I enjoy teaching, especially when it involves technical concepts. I work in processor design at Intel (been working for 15 months). I graduated from UT Austin with a BS physics and BA mathematics. I still study both subjects independently to be ready for graduate school. I have held a job in both IT and Engineering where I have used my skills to mentor others on these topics. I have spoken spanish since I started speaking and CLEP'd out of Spanish IV at UT Austin with an A to meet the language requirements. I have been playing guitar since 1987. I used to play in a band from 1991 - 1995 and learned to read and write music from when I played the alto saxophone in H.S. marching band. I have taught problem solving to many friends and family. I like to explain the foundations of what they're trying to learn and most importantly explain to them why they're learning it.
