A Little Bit About Me...
I prefer to help individuals learn at their own pace, using their own preferred method of learning: visual, aural, hands-on, or a combination. I use analogies and real world situations that students are familiar with to convey abstract concepts. Although I am patient and encourage fun in learning, I urge students to meet their goals and then exceed their own expectations.
As a graduate student, I taught beginning and intermediate German language classes for 4 semesters, receiving above average evaluations each semester. Even after I had completed my Masters program, I was asked by the Foreign Language Department to return for the summer semesters to teach as a lecturer.
