Learn how to become a better artist!

Because I was computer knowledgable and enjoyed creating things. i decided to get a degree in graphic design with a concentration in branding. The love I have for doodling dragons and warriors and a finding myself reciting conversations between these imagined individuals while I was showering. One day I stumbled upon a website that showcased concept art and digital paintings. From that moment on character designing became my passion. I have know been doing this for five years and love it.

As the valedictorian of my high school class, I know that all children have the ability to achieve their highest level of education with proper mentoring, coaching and training. My Montessori training and experience has taught me that the only way students will be successful is to have good self esteem. If you convince them that they can learn and be successful, then that is what they do. I have a talent for creating lessons and materials that are fun and challenging. I just recently graduated with my Master's Degree in Biomedical Sciences from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Suwanee, Georgia. I received my Bachelor's Degree in Biology with a Chemistry Minor in May 2007 from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. I enjoy the sciences very much. I have tutored before with Kumon in Birmingham, AL and Basic Learning Center in Lawrenceville, GA. I tutored children from the ages of 5 to 13 in Reading and Math. I would say my teaching style is more relaxed. I believe this helps one see students weaknesses and strengths better. It also allows one to compare the overall effect of teaching for each student. When I see a student falling behind then thats when I take action and try top get them where they should be in that area.
My experience is one that has taken me many different places to meet many diffrent people. I have always had a gift of helping others and conveying to them my knowledge. I obtained my BA in English Communication from Talladega College and also i have a minor in History. I have had a great deal of expereince in writng papers, essays, articles ,and reports. During my time in college, I also tutored Spanish speaking students in the usuage of the English language.
