My comments on tutoring Reading Comprehension : I teach reading (communication skills) as a College Professor and I have written articles, such as "An Introduction to Computer Literacy", for reading textbooks. I have helped many students to learn to read faster and with more comprehension. I am patient and understanding.

In my experience, the majority of students are highly motivated. This is, for me, the key to success. Every child can learn, just not in the same way!

I am an Elementary school teacher for 6 years. I have my BA in Psychology, from Rutgers University, and hold my teaching certificate for Elementary K-6 and Special Education K-12. Prior to being a teacher, I have worked for an outreach program, working one to one with Autistic and Down Syndrome students. Learning Improves with Positive Reinforcement.

I am patient, thoughtful and I believe in POSITIVE REINFORCEMENT. When I was younger I struggled with a learning disability. I overcame the disability to earn several degrees with honors. I am looking to help students who are willing to put in the time and effort to improve.
I have my BS in Paralegal Studies from Peirce College, with a minor in English. In 2010 I earned my Masters Degree from Drexel University in Library and Information Science.
