A Little Bit About Me...

Progressing regularly as a manager for a manufacturing company that demanded full and up-to-date training, I have been involved as a panel member for industry forums (PIMA), trainer for my staff in Customer Service and professional associations. A major part of my responsiblity was to create and give presentations on the industry and its technical characteristics of various grades of substrate. In addition, I have been active on boards of directors for civic and for profit organizations in guiding them toward economic viability.
Due to the lecturing I have done within the industry my style seems to be one of encouraging questions for complete understanding. There are no bad questions, only questionable answers.
