As an Engineer in making I go through this process everyday where sometimes I have to learn and sometimes I have to teach. I work in a team, and try to make connection between material and some real life example. Just to show an example, the pythagorus theorem is really useful to work around were we make use of the hypotenuse to walk less from point a to b rather than going through the path.

I teach as if each student was my own child. I treat students the same way I would want my own children treated. Therefore, I teach with the same inspiration. I am convinced that students think math has to be hard, but I approach math with a different attitude.
