Many students from my past come from diverse socio-economic backgrounds. Each student, was managed with a philosophy of me as the teacher or principal, serving as adviser to help students make educational gains both academically and individually. Helping my fellow classmates in high school in math/science .At the University level I helped classmates in math/science/statistics up to and including graduate students papers.
