My experience tutoring or teaching anything is from junior high with my fellow classmates to high school helping middle-schoolers. Now, in college, I help colleagues with similar studies. I can learn any subject or relearn anything I learned in my schooling. I also graduated in the top 10 of my class out of 150. I also can help with AP/honors courses and some college courses.

A Little Bit About Me...

As I graduated with an honors bachelor’s degree in Biology, I started working at my university as an academic tutor. Based on the performance of my students, I was further promoted to the “Lead Science Tutor” position where I could share teaching techniques and train incoming tutors as well. I had always been interested in teaching and been a good communicator to people of all age groups. A Little Bit About Me...

I love helping people and do my best to explain everything in detail. Math and chemistry come easier to me than others, and I understand this. That is why I take my time and do not get frustrated. Anyone can learn; you just have to figure out what is their best learning style and adapt for them to learn. I have always loved helping people, and I feel tutoring is a rewarding process.
I am graduating in May with my BA in Chemistry. I will continue school in the fall in hopes of entering the nursing program. I have helped several students with high school algebra, junior high algebra, as well as college algebra. I have helped non-traditional students not only pass but receive A's and B's in their math classes after not having a math class for 20 or more years. I attended Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University where I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. In my course of pursuing my Engineering degree, I minored in math where I became versed in Engineering math such as Calculus I-III, Analytic Geometry, Trigonometry, Geometry, Algebra I & II, probability and statistics to name a few.
