I graduated from the University of Iowa on May 15, 2010 with a BA in Elementary Education and a reading endorsement. Apart from my area of specialization, reading, I also took seven science courses at the University of Iowa, mainly in chemistry. My volunteer experiences have shaped the person who I am today, as I have completed over one hundred hours of volunteer work in schools and hospitals. A Little Bit About Me...

I have earned two bachelor degrees in History and Geology. I am presently taking online courses at Western Governors University to attain my teaching certificate. Additionally, I have been a substitute teacher for grades K-8 since 2009. I've recently completed a long-term teaching assignment including preparing my own lesson plans. A Little Bit About Me...

I have worked extremely hard to develop a well rounded educational background. I have earned a BS in Exercise Science, with a minor in Business Administration. I also have completed several elective math and science courses as prerequisites for a Doctorate of Physical Therapy of which I will be starting in the 2009-2010 school year.
