I have been in employed for the last five years and 9 months by the North Panola Consolidated School District located in Sardis, MS. I have taught at the elementary level and the junior high level. I’ve had many years of practice in the tutoring field dealing with the fact that my brother has a learning disability. I think its better that way because most students don't really pay attention to their teachers but they take it better when it comes from another student.
