I have worked previously as an au pair, summer camp counselor (Children's Arts Camp, Theater Pre-Orientation), and reading tutor. I have experience teaching children with various levels of autism and learning disorders. While my primary experience has been with performance arts such as dance, theater, and public speaking, I am also experienced in reading, composition, and creative writing. A Little Bit About Me...

The key to being a good teacher is being patient. I believe children learn best in a positive and stress-free environment. When a child does good on the work then I praise them and if they make a mistake then I explain to them the error in the homework. When I was a small child, I remember my teacher being patient and helping me along the way. I feel that although children learn in different ways and different paces that being patient with children is a universal and effective teaching style.
