The best word to describe my teaching is flexible. Students learn concepts in different ways. When each quarter begins and I hold my first discussion, I always start off saying that this time is the student's time. If my teaching style does not work with everyone let me know. If they want more example problems than lecture, I tell them to tell me to change it up. Also, if there is a hard concept to understand I try to explain it in multiple ways that get the same point across, in case someone does not understand it in one way, but may in another.
