A Little Bit About Me...

I have completed my Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Accounting, which I received in 2007 at ATU. I have over seven years working in a CPA firm where I have been well versed in every aspect of the public accounting field hands on and am very well versed in operations thereof.
The teaching style I use is solely dependent on the learning style of the student I am teaching. I was always one to seemingly understand or learn things backwards from many of my piers and so I am intimately aware of the importance of knowing how the student learns in order to best go about teaching in such a way that it feels right and natural to the student, boosting their confidence and so promoting additional success in the endeavor. I graduated from Henderson State University with a BA degree in sociology and since then I have worked in residential treatment facilities as a therapist, a teacher, and tutor or councelor. I am currently a CASA volunteer in Fayetteville, assisting children who need advocacy in the court system. I have been a freelance writer here in Fayetteville for many years and have had much of my writing published. I feel that I have a strog set of unique skills to offer to this position and I would appreciate the opportunity to talk further about my qualifications.
