The goal when tutoring or teaching students is to make sure they understand what they are learning. I will continue to work on a topic until what I call "the light bulb goes off in their head." When I see the sparkle in a students eyes that they finally understood, that is the reward.
I have been in the accounting field for over 20 years with experience ranging from public accounting, government, higher education, non-profit and construction.
