During my high school years, I was able to work with a young child through his first three years of elementary school. I tutored the child through basic math, science, reading, and various school projects. I obtained invaluable teaching experience on a personal and professional level. During college, I declared my major in Microbiology/Pre-med. While taking all these difficult classes, I tutored many other students in the subjects of Microbiology, Organic and General Chemistry, Physics, Physiology, Calculus, and Biology.
I enjoy tutoring children and adults because it makes me feel like I'm able to give a piece of what I know to someone that has trouble understanding that particular concept.
