I have been involved with youth for a long time as scoutmaster and as coach in recreational soccer. I enjoy working with children, especially if they are willing to learn and improve their skills and knowledge. I assess the student's grasp on the subject and determine where assistance is needed. First off i don't believe that a kid is dumb or doesn't know how to do anything. Children only know what we teach them. So if a child doesnt know how to do something it is a reflection on the teaching that he/she has had.
