I tutored middle school and high school students in math when I was in a high school, specifically algebra I and II, as well as SAT prep. In college, I helped students in calculus, biology, and statistics, as these are the primary focus of my undergraduate degree. I was also a Resident Advisor for 3 years, which lent itself to helping students with coursework as well as college life. Professional Exam Prep and Subject Tutoring

During my time as Head Tutor at UNCA, regardless of department, I tutored over 200 students in mathematics and physics. Of those students, at least 80% saw an increase of at least one letter grade and at least 20% saw an increase by two letter grades. Many students I tutored in one subject came back to be for tutoring in the other. Coming from the influence of a family of educators, I realized early on my affinity towards teaching. In addition to my college degrees, I have been very involved in the 'summer camp' experience.
