Teaching is my passion. I love working with students and to watch them grow and learn. All students deserve an exceptional education and they should be taught to their own learning style. Many students learn at different rates and need instruction that is based on their weaknesses. Children should be taught in a motivating, caring and empathetic environment. I believe anyone can learn any subject as long as they have the right tools to succeed. The right teacher can make a hard subject seem easy. My main goal in teaching is to make students feel they have the ability to be successful in the courses they are taking. I do the above by being very positive, patient, and encouraging. From my years of taking extremely hard college courses, I have learned study skills that allowed me to do more than simply memorize material but to actually learn and retain the subject matter.
