I love teaching and am comfortable teaching students of all ages. I've learned from tutoring that each student learns in a different way. The great thing about one-on-one or small groups is that the teaching style can be adapted to what 'clicks' with the student. Some need a big-picture, overview explanation before delving into the details, others need a step-by-step methodology. I believe that every study has the potential to learn if they keep trying and don't become discouraged. Often times, discouragement is the biggest barrier in learning.
