My comments on tutoring Hebrew : I only speak, read and write daily-use Hebrew. I can read the Torah.

I teach immersion language arts with physical response. I have created numerous short stories for both children and adults as part of curriculum development. I teach academic English using perfect grammar, not common street talk. My aim is to get you hired by top corporations.
I have taught English, Chinese and Business Management for over nine years. I am a public speaker. I use PPT presentations. I have worked for Omega Zinc Powders, Hualing Steel, Huitong Steel and Liling Ceramics and Steel, all in Hunan Province. I have spoken in universities and hotels about artificial languages, including Klingon (which I speak fluently). Hebrew is one of my top subjects! I went to a private Jewish Day school all throughout Elementary school. Then in tenth grade I studied at a public Israeli high school for an entire year learning Hebrew more fluently through the classroom experience as well as on a social level with every day Israelis. After high school I spent two years and three months living in Israel, two of which were spent in the Israeli Army as a social worker. I can read, write, speak and understand Hebrew fluently.

I have been learning and gaining my knowledge of Hebrew all throughout my life. My passion of the language and Israeli and Jewish culture started in Elementary school where I learned Hebrew every year. From there I went to an Israeli high school in tenth grade for a year to better immerse myself into the language and culture. After I graduated high school I went straight into the Israeli Army for two years where I served as a social worker in the logistics department. After having moved back to Colorado, I am looking for ways to become involved in the Jewish community and/or continue to spread my passion for the Hebrew language by teaching. I am currently teaching Hebrew to fourth, fifth and sixth graders at the Synagogue in my community.

In 2005, I closed down a foster care agency that I had owned and directed for over ten years. I took a trip around the world with my family, and returned to Boulder intent on doing work that I am passionate about.
