My comments on tutoring Pre-Algebra : I have solid experience in Pre-Algebra. It is very simple section of Mathematics. But a teacher or tutor should explain Pre-Algebra clearly.

I have been tutoring and teaching Mathematics, Physics and Astronomy courses for more than 20 years. Among the Mathematics courses taught by me are Algebra I-III, Geometry, Trigonometry, Precalculus, Calculus, and Differential Equations. I am a holder of a PhD in Mathematics and the author of about 50 scientific publications and academic monographs in Mathematics and Astrophysics.

A Little Bit About Me...

I have worked with students of almost every age and level. My first teaching degree was a Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education. With that degree, I worked in a preschool, and I have substituted extensively in elementary schools and in middle and high schools for 12 years, learning to work with math systems such as Investigations and Expressions. At the same time I have aided and taught evening classes for adults learning basic skills to further their educational and career goals, and I have volunteered to teach Sunday school and ESL.
