Some students are more aggressive and advanced but there are those who are silent and will not speak out about difficulties understanding competencies. I prefer not to embarrass those students but give them the opportunity to learn one-on-one. While some students have a difficult time with teacher/student ratio, I like to give the option of working with another student who may understand the content and can teach another peer. While earning my masters, I began teaching as an avocation, and found that I thoroughly enjoyed the didactic experience.
