I love teaching. Tutoring has been my favorite job so far, and although I was unable to continue working with Tutor.com due to time restrictions, I now am free to work with students and would like to tutor again. I am extremely patient with students, and my solid understanding of subject matter allows me to think of multiple ways in which I can help a student through a problem. Many people describe engineers as socially backwards, but I am extremely well-spoken and am great at communicating my ideas. As a Cornell graduate of Biomedical Engineering, I was able to learn about a variety of subjects and gain a better understanding of multiple types of math and science. As an instructor for the Cornell ballroom dance team, I have taught classes for two years in addition to my tutoring in math and science for another two years.
