A Little Bit About Me...

I recently graduated from Cornell University with a BS in Chemical Engineering and am currently pursuing a BA in Mathematics at Hood College. This past year I was a teaching assistant for Statistics at Hood College in the Psychology department. I worked with a variety of students with very different backgrounds including those who do not consider themselves "math people" at all.
I have tutored many different kinds of students, adjusting my teaching style to see what works best for them. I am very patient and can explain things in more than one way. I try to see how the student learns and understands best so that I can adjust and we can make the most of our time.
