My teaching style is to lecture with examples while students are following the process and understanding what needs to be done and how. Then myself and the students do the hands on together so they can either do the exercise from memory or follow my directions. Once the exercise is complete, I give them time to do it themselves. I repeat the materials at the end of each section and the end of each chapter and encourage asking questions. Training can be delivered in person for 1 student or a group. Individualized learning/teaching for optimal comprehension

I take a hands on material approach to learning/teaching. I feel that young students learn best when they can physically learn, such as through blocks/puzzles/interactive learning devices and other similar approaches. I try to let the student use their hands as much as I can to aid in their learning process. For older students such as my high school students or their college counterparts I use more direct audial teaching and visual teaching styles.
