I have recently graduated and am eager to share my knowledge with others. During my time in school, I became an AP Scholar, Presidential Scholar, 21st Century Scholar, and Honor Graduate. I graduated in the top ten percent of my class and am dedicated to the education of others. I am currently pursuing a degree in education.
Learning should be a fun experience for children and adults alike, and while I maintain structure, I also want to make sure that students are enjoying the time that they spend learning with me. I am a patient teacher, and as someone who went through school with ADD, I understand the difficulties many children face in traditional classroom settings.

My focus is helping students understand how to aptly address course assignments, how to structure and assemble essays, term papers and research papers and how to decipher themes and motifs in classic readings for assigned papers. Despite a demanding, accelerated academic schedule, during my three years at a competitive private college I voluntarily tutored underprivileged elementary students. In earning my BA in Sociology/Anthropology I became well versed on understanding people from a variety of cultural and economic backgrounds. I also have a strong background in the social sciences including social studies, history and language arts.
