ASVAB is one of my top subjects! I started tutoring the ASVAB in 1996. Since then, I have helped recruits join all branches of the Armed forces. I choose to specialize in this field because of my familiarity with the military and the exam. Additionally, there is a demand for this service that needs to be filled by one with experience. My own ASVAB score were high enough to obtain any position in the Armed Forces. The position I chose required high scores in math, electronics, mechanical ability, vocabulary and reading. I started tutoring the ASVAB in 1996. I had just been honorably discharged. A young friend of mine was having Difficulty with the exam but was motivated towards joining. She had tried a tutor that was attending college but It was not working. In less than eight hours contact time, l was able to get her scores high enough to work as a Operation Specialist for the Navy. I have sinced successfully helped recruits raise test scores starting as low as 14 (AFQT). Some of my students have earned scores high enough to be considered for officer programs.
My teaching style tends to be adaptive to the student 's needs. I understand that no two students learn the same. It is all about the the student doing well.
