Motivation is the key to everything we do in life. I use this to drive my students to excel beyond what they think they are capable of accomplishing. I utilized experiential theory and real-world experiences to drive my education to make lessons relevant, fun and interesting. I utilize the constructionist learning theory where I establish where my students are with the given subject and attach new knowledge structures to support continue growth where they build their overall schema and level of understanding on a given topic.
