I have 13 years experience both in the pharmaceutical and nuclear industry. I have earned a B.S in Chemistry and also a Masters degree (M.S.) in QA/RA for the heavily regulated industries. I have experience tutoring chemistry students shortly after graduating Temple University for a Non-Profit program called Philadelphia futures. My diverse background of knowledge will aid in any subject area of chemistry, including Radiochemistry, Organic Chemistry and Physical chemistry.

A Little Bit About Me...

I have tutored at the middle, high school, and college levels since my first year of college in 2004. Since then, I have worked as a paraeducator for the Special Education Dept. of an elementary school where I worked with first and second graders. For my student teaching experience, I was an intern for a full year at a city middle school, working with 8th graders in the subjects of science (primary), communication arts, and math. I am completing a teaching certification program, and am certified in Biology and Chemistry. I believe subjects need to be looked at in an interesting way and a way that the student can relate to. Everyone learns differently and it just takes finding that one way that each student learns best. I feel that everyone can do well in anything they put their mind to.
I am a graduate of York College of Pennsylvania. I obtained a BS in Chemistry and a minor in Math. I have always had a good understand of the sciences and mathematics. I have learned good written skills due to many research papers and laboratory reports. Throughout college I was a laboratory assistant for a physical chemistry lab and helped prepare the chemicals for the organic chemistry labs.
