I graduated cum laude from Baylor University, in May 2009, with a bachelor's in Professional Writing. My G.P.A. was 3.8 on a 4.0 scale. During my time at Baylor I discovered a love for history, and graduated one class short of a history minor. I worked as an editing transcriptionist at Baylor's Institute for Oral History. Working with Seeds of Hope Publishers, as a volunteer editorial assistant and junior journalist, was also a wonderful opportunity to hone my editing and composition skills.
