Early in my career I worked with adults that were mentally and physically challenged. I found this very rewarding and decided to pursue a degree in education, which lead me on my journey into the world of Special Education. My teaching style is interactive, many of my former students would characterize it as "coaching". I always empower the student to find their way and to have them become "pros" in the learning process. I do not do the work for them, but I show them how they can make their tasks and finishing them more efficient. For writing, usually I conduct some exercises. The level of the critique and what to say depends heavily on the age of the student.
