My teaching style is one focused on hands on. I set up one class in Del Mar where the students developed a Web site for an outside nonpropfit client for free in one semester. This was well received, provided good experience to students and built good relationship between education and local industry. I loved moving from working in industry with computers to be teaching how to used them. The one on one experience with students teaching them to become computer experts was challenging and very exciting. Helping a student to progress is great and very rewarding. I worked in industry with computers the first 20 years of my career in Caracas, Venezuela.
