As an UNCC graduate, I got the opportunity to obtain a broad and in-depth knowledge in the field of Electronic Engineering. I earned a BS and an MS in Electronic Engineering which gave me the opportunity of gain an understanding in the areas of math and science, including Calculus, Differential Equations, Statistics, Physics and Quantum Physics. In addition, I have been able to use this knowledge in the past ten years and apply it in the industry, exercising problem solving skills in the engineering field. While I was in college, I worked as a Tutor helping other college students in the areas of Math and Physics. Learning Math can be FUN!

With over 35 years experience teaching math, I have successfully taught students from third grade through college calculus. I enjoy math, and my students are able to understand it in a one-to-one teaching environment. During this time of closed schools, it is difficult for students to understand and adapt to this new way of learning. Many teachers are overwhelmed as they had to change their teaching methods with just a couple of months remaining in the school year. A Little Bit About Me...

I graduated from Ronald Reagan High School with a 4.6 GPA in the second graduating class ('08), then went on the NC State University to study Engineering, where I jumped in between various Engineering programs for three years before simply deciding to take a break and truly figure out what I want to study. While this may deter several people from choosing me, I know that if you met me and/or any of my teachers from any grade level, they/I could certainly set the record straight, as I am quite a smart person, I have simply struggled with getting my life into an appropriate schedule.
