My comments on tutoring Drawing : I have been a professional illustrator for over 20 years having worked in traditional means (pencil, charcoal, conte crayon drawing) to digital renderings using the Macintosh computer (Freehand, Photoshop, Illustrator)

At Adult Basic and Literature Education, I serve as a math and grammar tutor in the GED and ESOL programs. Also, I assist the students on how to obtain basic computer techniques so that they can operate the computer. I am able to communicate with Spanish-speaking students and read French. As for my technical, web designing, and software knowledge, I have a background in computer troubleshooting, Adobe Photoshop, HMTL, Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etcetera. For five years, I was a substitute teacher for grades K-5 in English as a Second Language, Special Education and Art classes. I used my communication skills to converse with and to translate Spanish/English language. I have a great joy in teaching student new skills and information and love to see how they catch on, in other words, have that light bulb moment.

I have 2+ years of graphic and web design experience. I have created posters, flyers, and other print materials as well as multiple websites.
