I have been tutoring for many years both privately and for Title I schools. I have tutored k-12, as well as college students in most subjects. I love the arts, writing, and science. I have a passion for getting students interested in learning, getting creative, and learning art as early as possible. As a Studio Art major I was exposed to a lot of Art History. My interest in Art History led me to earn a minor in it. My study in Art History has allowed me to become a proficient writer due to the many papers that I wrote on past and modern artist and their works. Not only am I creative with paint and the written word, but, I am a student also. I have never directly taught children, but I have 2 kids who I help everyday with their homework and they are in junior high and are in all advanced classes.
