I educated students with and without emotional impairments academic, social and motor skills. Planned curriculum and prepared lessons to meet individual needs of students while following curriculum guidelines and requirements of state and school. Conference with parents, administrators, testing specialists, social workers and other to develop individual educational plan for student. I have approximately one year of experience of professional teaching working with a grant funded program at UNCP. With this program was very hands-on and interactive with the students. I worked directly with the professors in the science department.
As a UNCP alumnus, I currently hold a BS in Biology. I have tutored peers in the past during my second year at UNCP. Subjects that I am familiar are science and math. I have a lot of experience in the science field. I currently work full-time in a lab using my science degree. I’m eager to work as a tutor and use my experience to help advance someone else’s education.
