I love teaching, but I especially love one on one tutoring. Students I have tutored typically have a much better understanding of the subject they are studying. My experience working with the Minnesota Math Corps program has allowed me to work with a variety of students who are at different levels in math. I have learned a great deal in this time about how to structure lessons for my students in ways that not only teach them the process of doing the work, but also the background information about why things work the way they do.
