My experience teaching began at California State University, Northridge during my time as an undergraduate. During that period I worked as an outreach tutor through the university's Education Equity Program tutoring struggling students at the middle school level in reading and rudimentary mathematics. The reading program we used was Success For All. As a teacher I've taught language arts to middle school students and am deemed highly qualified as a multiple subject teacher and English teacher.
