I customize my teaching style to best suit the individual students, I have the ability to explain the concepts logically, by proving the equiptions or graphically. I love helping the challenged student understand concepts that they assume that they will never understand.
I have 25 years experience in the civil engineering field, specifically the water resources area. I started substitute teaching at both the Lincoln Community High School and Hartem School District in 2009. I also started tutoring for Lincoln College in the Academic Success Center, last year. My teaching style is structured so that I try to help each student learn in the way that they are comfortable and are able to understand the material.
